Battlestar Galactica comic book art.
Oh, but it's flattering! It's idealizing! Women love to look younger!
And can I say that the cover is completely offensive?
Because Battlestar Galactica is all about seeing an impossibly thin woman's musculature and groin, lovingly detailed, and viewed through a cling-film dress. Yep, that does it for me - the dead-eyed face and the almost-glimpse of her crotch - because she's not wearing any underwear! How naughty!
NOT.

Doesn't it look just like the promo photos featuring the actress it's based on? Look at the ads for the show- this isn't any different. Every ad I've seen for the show features the actress in very revealing dress. Take a look at this promo photo from the show itself- I'd say it's MORE revealing! http://www.criticalgamers.com/archives/pictures/BattleStar.2.28.06a.jpg

Well the character is a robot sex pot that uses seduction to worm her way into the human society so it can destroy it. I mean yeah it sucks that she doesn't have underwear on but on the other hand, if a character is supposed to be a seductress then how can that be portrayed without being sexist? I understand if the anatomy is off...thats just retarded kind of like how the artist draws a 55 year old woman like a 18 year old (I honestly dont think the artist knows how to draw a woman over 22 which makes me wonder how many comic artists could?)

Hah, seriously, that's supposed to be Roslin there? I thought it was Shadowcat around age 30 or so.
Seriously, that's Roslin? have these people not SEEN the show? o.O
And yeah, while Six may have seduced Baltar, she does more than that, so... they couldn't have done a better job of drawing her?

I'm inclined to agree with Dave. Caprica Six as she's depicted on the show is a sex pot robot so seeing her like this on the cover doesn't surprise me. And considering this is the version of her that appears in the diluted male character Baltar's head (Inner Six or Head Six, according to wikipedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Number_Six_(Battlestar_Galactica)#Baltar.27s_inner_Six) I'd expect her to be even more a caricature of a lonely man's fantasy

The depiction of Roslin is exactly why I never picked up a BSG comic after the 0 issue.
