I just read Green Lantern: Baptism of Fire. And I think Paul Pelletier likes to draw asses.

  • Yeah, maybe, but I'm totally a fan; I loved his work on She-Hulk. All of his work there was great, asses included, and Shulkie had a more "realistic" body, as opposed to the blow-up sex doll the other artist draws (Juan Bilolbo [sp?]). The book is getting a new artist, not Paul, alas, so I'll be curious to see how that goes.

  • He was a perfect fit for Green Lantern then.

    There's a long history of butt watching and head-thumping (first noted by Scipio -- Credit where it's due) in that franchise.

    As much as I enjoyed Pelletier's work on She-Hulk, gotta say that I liked Bobillo's better. I'd describe his style more as cartoony than "blow-up sex doll" though.
