  • You wanted to do the ass part of it first huh? Niiiiice ;)

I actually enjoyed the issue where they had that argument although I did find that particular scene where she lets her hair loose odd. I assumed that her point was that he chose another girl to paint instead of her. Instead of trying to get his attention for feelings.

Im trying to see if i can get a copy of that Kingdom Come Audio play for you. Keep your fingers crossed!

  • Thanks for the plug!

I admit, I never really noticed the letting hair loose thing. I was too busy going "You did NOT actually SAY that!" when she brought up Alex. That was bad form enough to knock everything else out of my head.

  • Oh i almost forgot, did you know Ron Marz (the writter of Green Lantern) got divorced that year? Makes you wonder if Kyle would have gone through what he did (Alex getting put in a fridge, Donna Break up, and other future stuff) if Marz hadnt been going through what he went through...

  • I never read that Marz got a divorce that eyar, are you sure it's not an urban legend?

The Donna break-up still would've happened. That was editorial. I don't think some of the couple's fights, like the argument brought up on the podcast, might have happened. And this might explain Jade's behavior at times.

And to give him the benefit of the doubt I do think the fridge thing would have happened too, actually. Character was based on the Spider-Man archetype, so someone was going to die in the origin.

I do, however, think that the Genesis crossover where he got tortured by Desaad would be explained away by a real life divorce.

  • I dont know if the divorce happened that year but i do know they did get divorced.

  • Good show.

Okay, I know that they're impractical and uncomfortable and make no sense for a crime fighter, let alone an alien, but I gotta say, I appreciate the look of a woman (otherworldly or not) in heels.

Although even I thought Seven of Nine's outfit was a bit ridiculous.
